Parent-Infant Massage Virtual Class Setup

First of all, congrats on taking the first step to creating a better connection with your baby and helping them to be more comfortable in their little body! I hope you carry both the memories and this practice with you throughout your little one’s childhood.

Next up is the setup. All you need is:

  • YOU and BABY. If you can feed your baby prior to the class so they’re in a good mood, great! If not, totally fine and feel free to nurse during the class, if needed or wanted!

  • A blanket to place your baby on

  • Oil -a high-quality (preferably organic), unscented, cold-pressed vegetable oil. I use jojoba oil in my in-person classes.

  • A stuffy or doll in case your baby falls asleep

  • A propped-up phone, tablet or computer so that I am able to see you and baby to ensure you’re doing the techniques correctly!

  • To be comfy, feel free to place some pillows to sit on and prop your back up against a wall, couch, chair, etc.

That’s all!

Please feel free to reach out with questions or a send photo if you’re not sure about your setup! Basically, I just need to see you AND your baby and you need to see me :)

See you soon!
