FINANCIAL POLICIES

Balance does not accept private health insurance and is considered an out-of-network provider. Curious why? Check out this blog ! Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) payments are accepted for both standard treatment options as well as discounted pre-payment packages. Superbills are happily provided upon request. Superbills include the basics (diagnosis and treatment codes, payment, etc.) required by insurance companies for direct reimbursement back to you. To determine your out-of-network benefits you may call the customer service number for your insurance provider.
Payment is required at the time of scheduling.

 

COVID POLICIES

In order to do my part in keeping everyone healthy and decreasing the spread of Covid and the anxiety surrounding it during a vulnerable time in many of my patient’s lives:

  • I sanitize all of my equipment and diligently sanitize my hands before and after appointments.

  • Gloves will be worn when working with any littles or if requested.

  • Mask use is at the discretion of the patient.

  • I am happy to accommodate for requests such as adjusting outside when the weather permits!

Privacy Policy

Balance Chiro and Rehab uses a HIPAA compliant electronic healthcare system. Personal Health Information can be used for referrals to other providers. Personal and medical information is confidential and will only be disclosed to third parties with permission.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
24-HRS NOTICE

Balance Chiro and Rehab requires at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of an appointment. For cancellations within a 24 hour window (new patients included) a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge fee. Since I travel to you- I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time as I respect you and your busy schedule!

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please text/call (719) 394-8274. If necessary, PLEASE leave a detailed voicemail. I will return your call as soon as possible and/or respond with a confirmation text.

 

APPOINTMENT POLICIES

I travel to you and your home to help ease the daily burden of doing everything - all while trying to take care of yourself and loved ones. I allow time in between appointments to help reduce the likelihood that I am late to see you, but things do happen. Please accommodate for appropriate parking to decrease the likelihood of a delay in the start to the appointment. Please let me know in advance if there are any complicated directions/ instructions to your home!

I love animals and have absolutely no issues with a pup/ cat around while we work!
